25. Kent Youth League - Under 16, Under 15, Under 14, Under 13 League and Cup Competitions

1. All other Kent Youth League and League Cup Rules apply with the following additions.
2. If matches not played on senior grounds, then one side of the field of play must be roped off where all spectators MUST stand, the home Club shall be fined £40.00 if this rule is not adhered to.
   The other side of the field of play must be used for the team managers and players.
3. The Home Club shall decide the kick off which must be strictly adhered to. ie 11am or 2pm.
4. Each club MUST supply a responsible adult Club Linesman (except where the League appoint). Under no circumstances MUST this be a Nominated Substitute. Defaulting clubs shall be fined £25.00.
5. Players MUST be registered separately in the Under 18, Under 16, Under 15, Under 14 and Under 13 Sections.
6. Any matters not covered by the existing rules will be decided by the Management Committee.
7. The time for Under 18 matches is 45 minutes each way, size 5 ball.
8. The time for Under 16 & Under 15 matches is 40 minutes each way, size 5 ball.
9. The time for Under 13 & Under 14 matches is 35 minutes each way. size 4 ball.
