Phoenix Sports U18’s are looking for talented and reliable players in all positions to add to the existing squad for the 2022/23 season.
The club will run with one U18 team below the first team this season giving players who have the right attitude, commitment and ability an excellent opportunity to progress into the Phoenix first team and a good standard of semi-professional football.
The U18 team will compete in the Kent Youth League Premier Division where they will be playing on first team stadium pitches with three match officials appointed to every game. The team will also be entered into the Kent Cup, Kent Youth League Cup and FA Youth Cup. All games will be filmed for analysis and be reviewed by the first team manager and his coaching staff.
We welcome players with Academy, District and Kent Youth League experience. Players will be required to attend two training sessions per week, held on Astro-Turf and taken by FA and UEFA qualified coaches.
