Charter Standard - Urgent - Please Read
The League wants to stress that those clubs who have not received Charter Standard or appear not to be progressing towards it, have only until 1st May to get it, or face not being allowed to compete in this League next season.
This would be a real tragedy for all age groups of those teams, as young players will be deprived of football within the Kent Youth League.
The League has made it very clear for a considerable amount of time now that this deadline is looming. We would urge all clubs to ensure that their Welfare Officers contact Julie Hoare the League's Welfare Officer URGENTLY to sort this matter out.
It is hoped that by naming the clubs who appear not to be responding to the League's approach that we can galvanise clubs to take the necessary steps to safeguard their players welfare long into the future.
The League is here to help so please treat this matter seriously.
