Another Nice Story
My thanks to Ken Rayment who has supplied the following to me re Norton Sports Under 15s:
It’s Ken from Hollands & Blair Fc. I am a constant reader of the Kent Youth League news and over the last couple of months i have seen news items relating to teams that are not doing too well but keep going. We (blair U15s) travelled to Norton Sports this weekend who have found life in their 1st season very difficult in the Kent Youth League, despite some heavy defeats they turn out week after week and give it their all. Kevin (Norton manager) is one of the nicest people you could meet and always greets with a smile. I know exactly how he feels as it was my Blair teams 1st season last year 08/09 at U14s and we took some heavy defeats, we didn’t win a pre season friendly and it took us 15 league games to get our first points, so keep it going Kevin/Norton cause if it wasn’t for teams and people like us there would be no champions.
