The Annual General Meeting of the League was held at the Lordswood Sports & Social Club, Martyn Grove, North Dane Way, Chatham on Tuesday 30th June, 2009.
The Chairman welcomed all clubs to the meeting and stressed the necessity of providing the Chief Executive with their County Affiliation Numbers as soon as possible.
The Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting were confirmed as a true record.
There were no matter arising.
There were no apologies for absence, all members clubs were in attendance.
The Officers’ Reports as circulated were adopted.
The Treasurer’s Report was adopted as were the Auditor’s reports for this and last season.
The Election of Officers and Management Committee en bloc were proposed by Cray Valley F.C. and seconded by Deal F.C.
Alterations to Rules were proposed by Maidstone F.C. and seconded by Deal F.C.
The Appointment of the Auditors was proposed by Maidstone F.C. and seconded by Slade Green F.C.
The Chief Executive gave notes to clubs.
The League Awards were presented as on the attached form.
Ken Brooke, Website Manager, gave a comprehensive report on the website with the help of Headley Brothers.
Details of the Sponsorship between the League and Molten Sports was explained and it was emphasised that the balls were to be used by the Youth Teams, not the main club.
There being no other business the meeting closed at 8.46 p.m.
