Seven players have already played for the first team this season. This is a fantastic reflection on the standard of young player coming through at Welling United and playing in the Kent Youth League. Credit should also go to Welling’s first team manager Jamie Day for looking to the youth and giving players an opportunity to experience first team football at a high level”
