Electronic Matchcards - URGENT Update
Clubs are reminded that all electronic matchcards must be forwarded within 2 days of the game being played i.e. by Tuesday evening following all Sunday games. Club Secretaries and Team Managers are reminded that the match cards should be sent to the following addresses:
These are age group specific.
Any match card NOT sent and received at these addresses will subject to a fine of £10 as per Rule 11 (A).
Secretaries and Managers sending cards are requested to send a copy to Ken Brooke at kb.mortgages@btconnect.com so that Ken can update the goalscorers on the website.
A list of teams that have not sent in their matchcards electronically to the gmail address will be forwarded to the Chief Executive and the rule will be strictly adhered to in the New Year. We have given all clubs the first half of their season to get used to this new way of submitting cards.
Clubs are reminded NOT to send these match cards to Bill Kelly’s personal email address.
Sending the matchcard just to Ken Brooke is also NOT acceptable, as Ken will not be responsible for checking the match cards at the googlemail address.
Clubs not forwarding matchcards, will be dealt with by the Management Committee.
This new guideline will be STRICTLY adhered to from all games commencing 8th January 2012.
There is NO requirement to complete these match cards for County Cup games, or to send in goalscorers for County Cup competitions.
