Here is some more information:

  • The "minimum" a club will receive for any item is 30p, although the price could rise anywhere up to £20 depending on the market value of that item. (The Average is 30p to 50p)
  • Unlike other companies we still pay you for music singles and lightly scratched items and we do not charge the club for the post.
  • To be clear to be transparent, we tell the clubs, the items are cleaned up with a machine and then sold for anywhere from 1p and above.
  • We do not want pornography, copied items free discs from newspapers and magazines or anything else other than discs in a case.

Here are a couple of Testimonials, from the North West Area of the Company.

‘ I think the work that Used 4 Cash are doing with Grassroots football clubs is fantastic.  In a challenging time for local clubs financially, to gain funding through something as simple as collecting old DVDs & CDs for cash into the club is nothing but a massive positive.  This has benefitted a number of our affiliated clubs here in Manchester and we can only endorse what Used 4 Cash are doing to all our clubs.’

My team used the Used4Cash facility as a way of raising funds to buy training tops for the players within the team. The system was described to me initially and then Simon from the company came to our training session to explain the idea to the players and their parents and hand out the packs.

I gave the players a week to complete their collection and again Simon came to our training session to collect all the bags and take them to be sorted. We received a code to track the order as it was sorted and less than 1 week later we received a cheque for £222.00. This is from only 15 players!

The entire process from the initial consultation took less than 3 weeks to be turned into cash.

The system is incredibly easy to follow and the order was always traceable. All we had to do was sort cds, dvds and games from home and Used4Cash literally did the rest.

I would recommend Used4Cash for anyone who wishes to raise funds quickly for a charitable cause and it is an excellent way of clearing out your clutter off your shelves!
